My two favorite things about Olive: We love Olive's intelligence and have taught her many tricks and commands that she's learned quickly. She loves to play fetch, hide and seek with toys, and tug of war. We love that Olive is loyal to our small pack. She listens and prefers my husband, myself, and our 6 year old son to others.

Is Olive spayed or neutered? yes
Is Olive up to date on vaccinations? yes
Why the animal is being rehomed: Olive is high energy and we do not have a yard or enough time for her exercise demands. Olive will nip at heels and legs or bite at arms and hands when she wants attention. She will jump up and mouth at guests especially. We have not been able to eliminate this behavior and have a new baby we need to keep safe, despite our love for Olive. We know she is not living her best life with us in our small space.

Where did you get Olive? We found Olive on craigslist being sold by a family whose Aussie had a litter of puppies.
Has Olive ever bitten someone? Yes
If yes to the above, please explain the circumstances: While her biting has decreased since teething, Olive still will bite at hands and arms when her collar is grabbed or when she wants attention. She does this mostly with our relatives and guests and needs correctional training.
What, if any, medical or behavioral concerns does Olive have? While her biting seems more linked to play and attention demands, we are concerned that it has not stopped past 6 months of age. We have tried many things to correct it, but we cannot trust her around our young children-specifically our new baby.
Has Olive lived with other animals? No
Has Olive actively fought with other animals in the home? No
Does/did Olive hide from other animals in the home? No
How does Olive interact with animals outside of the home? Olive wants to play with all animals. She is very social at the dog park and submits to other dogs in play. In the house with our friends or relatives pets, she has a hard time settling if there is another dog because she wants to keep playing.

What should the next family should know about Olive: Olive needs a lot of time and space to run. As a working breed, she excels when given training and mental stimulation. She needs correctional training for bite inhibition and manners with guests, but she is still a puppy and with her exercise needs met and some training she will make an excellent companion.
