What should the next family should know about Ruth: She needs a litter box on the main floor of the home. Our house is too small and there is no place to put litter box on our main floor. It is in the basement. She never started urinating outside her litter box until this past year. We do not know if it’s because of her weight or if she is lazy. She does not poop outside litter box. We have taken her to the vet to check for infections but they did not find any.
