Why the animal is being rehomed: We are unable to provide Frank with the attention he needs. He engages in marking, which could likely be helped by daily litter box changes and more attention in general- but we're just unable to give him what he needs.
What are your two favorite things about Frank? He loves people. He's always so playful and plays great with the dog.

Has Frank ever bitten someone? Yes
If yes to the above, please explain the circumstances: He will playfully nip when petting him and sometimes pounce at legs when you walk around at night. It's all playful- he's never shown any aggression at all.
What, if any, medical or behavioral concerns does Frank have? He does require perscription diet for urinary tract (no issues since putting him on it 4 years ago). He does engage in marking, but we believe it's because he doesn't get enough attention from us.

What should the next family should know about Frank: He's so sweet and I truly just want him to be happy- I just can't give him the attention he needs. I feel so guilty, but I think this is what's best for him.
