Here's what his foster parent has to say:

Little Cat is very affectionate and talkative! He likes to be held and cuddled. He lets me pick him up and cradle him or flip him over gently on his back on the ground to scratch his belly. He is also playful and seems to like all sorts of cat toys and dog toys (ie tennis balls)! He seems to play very gently and hasn't used his claws or teeth, but he does like to lick while I am petting him! He also does a kind of rollover trick when i brush him, which is adorable. He is always looking to hang out/find a friend. He has been trying to socialize with my dogs, but they are too leery! Surprisingly, he isn't too afraid of their barking/he will hide for a few minutes and then come back out to see us after they calm down. In our home he uses the litter box consistently and has learned to use the bougie litter box that automatically cleans itself. He eats dry food and comes to the sound of the food hitting the dish. He likes wet food as a treat, though he seems to meow for it a few times per day! He really is the ideal cat for anyone who wants a playful puddle of cuddles, as I have started to call him.
